Die glutenfreien Gerichte werden mit größter Sorgfalt zubereitet und können sowohl zu den Mahlzeiten als auch zum Frühstück und als Snack serviert werden; die Verarbeitung und der Ursprung der Produkte unterliegen strengen Kontrollen und es werden nur hochwertige Erzeugnisse ausgewählt. Das Restaurant will seinen Service weiter perfektionieren durch Qualität, große Auswahl und die Möglichkeit, die glutenfreien Gerichte während der normalen Restaurantzeiten zu bestellen.
